GCC: Orders will be processed and delivered within 10 working days after receiving an authorized payment.

 

Rest of the World: Orders will be processed and delivered within 7-15 working days after receiving an authorized payment.

 

Customized or Backorders

 

UAE: Customized orders will be processed and delivered within 10 working days after receiving an authorized payment.

 

GCC: Customized orders will be processed and delivered within 15 working days after receiving an authorized payment.

 

Rest of the World: Customized orders will be processed and delivered within 7-21 working days after receiving an authorized payment.

The standard processing may be longer during Ramadan, Eid season and other public holidays.

 

Orders will be shipped via courier and shipping times will vary from country to country depending on customs clearance procedures.

 

UAE: We offer free delivery via local courier.

 

Other GCC countries and rest of the world: We offer free shipping.

 

Customs may apply on the order depending on the shipping country and location.
