Ready-to-wear orders are processed and delivered within 10 working days in the UAE and GCC. Rest of the world takes 7-15 working days. Delivery is complimentary on every order.

Customized orders ship within 10 working days in the UAE, 15 working days in the GCC, and 7-21 working days for the rest of the world. Production may extend during Ramadan, Eid, and major public holidays.

Yes. Velvety ships worldwide with complimentary shipping. Customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your destination and are the customer's responsibility.

Yes. Velvety offers custom sizing and minor design adjustments on most pieces. Customization is added at checkout for AED 500 and is communicated with you before production begins.

Alterations are available on both ready-to-wear and customized orders at additional cost. Pricing is communicated and approved with the customer before any work begins. Delivery of altered pieces is the customer's responsibility.

We accept refunds in store credit or exchanges within 3 days of receiving your order, for ready-to-wear pieces only, in original condition with tags. Customized and altered pieces are final sale. Read the full return policy.

Items purchased on sale are final sale and not eligible for exchange or refund.

Approved returns are refunded as Velvety store credit valid for six months from the date of purchase. Refunds exclude taxes, duties, and original shipping costs.

Dry clean only is recommended for most Velvety pieces. Specific care instructions are included on the garment label. For specialty fabrics and embellishments, we recommend a trusted couture cleaner.
