UAE: Orders will be processed and delivered within 10 working days after receiving an authorized payment.
GCC: Orders will be processed and delivered within 10 working days after receiving an authorized payment.
Rest of the World: Orders will be processed and delivered within 7-15 working days after receiving an authorized payment.
Customized or Backorders
UAE: Customized orders will be processed and delivered within 10 working days after receiving an authorized payment.
GCC: Customized orders will be processed and delivered within 15 working days after receiving an authorized payment.
Rest of the World: Customized orders will be processed and delivered within 7-21 working days after receiving an authorized payment.
Remote Area Delivery
Additional delivery charges may apply to remote or hard-to-reach areas that fall outside the standard delivery coverage of our courier partners.
If your delivery address is classified as a remote area, our team will contact you to inform you of any applicable additional fees before proceeding with the delivery.
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees that additional delivery fees may apply to remote-area locations.
