Ready to Wear Orders

• UAE: Orders will be processed and delivered within 10 working days after receiving an authorized payment
• GCC: Orders will be processed and delivered within 10 working days after receiving an authorized payment
• Rest of the World: Orders will be processed and delivered within 7-15 working days after receiving an authorized payment

Customized or Backorders

• UAE: Customized orders will be processed and delivered within 10 working days after receiving an authorized payment.
• GCC: Customized orders will be processed and delivered within 15 working days after receiving an authorized payment
• Rest of the World: Customized orders will be processed and delivered within 7-21 working days after receiving an authorized payment

Notes:

• The standard processing may be longer during Ramadan, Eid season and other public holidays.
• Orders will be shipped via courier and shipping times will vary from country to country depending on custom clearance procedures.
• UAE: We offer free delivery via local courier.
• Other GCC countries and rest of the world: We offer free shipping.
• Customs may apply on the order depending on the shipping country and location.
