Customized or Backorders
- UAE: Customized orders will be processed and delivered within 7-10 working days after receiving an authorized payment.

- Rest of the World: Customized orders will be processed and delivered within 7-21 working days after receiving an authorized payment

- Orders will be shipped via courier and shipping times will vary from country to country depending on custom clearance procedures.
- UAE: We offer free delivery via local courier.
- Other GCC countries and rest of the world: We offer free shipping.
